Although it is a must-have for formal occasions, a suit doesn’t necessarily have to be formal. Its registers can be altered by use of colours, patterns and different models, but in reality, it’s the weave which is the determining factor. Perfect yarns contribute to a more controlled look expressing attention to one’s role in society. To describe a suit, the buttoning is always mentioned first, as it dictates the line of the jacket and therefore the whole character of the suit. Single- or double-breasted? The answer is to be found in what the wearer wants to reveal about himself. Often the solution is already in the textile used, which leads to the creation of the appropriate style. The combed fabrics and worsteds call for single-breasted, collared solutions. Fine worsteds have a city character and if in a narrow chalk stripe, they prefer either a double-breasted jacket or single-breasted with a waistcoat. The symmetry of a double-breasted jacket inspires a feeling of stability and composure, the angles suggest strength and independence, which make it more suitable for business wear or for a decisive personality. In single-breasted models, the three-button where the lapel points to the highest button guarantees a sense of self-assurance which could seem awkward. If the lapel continues almost to the second buttonhole, the effect is more confidential and goes better with a patterned design. The two-button version is a simple choice more adapted to fabrics which are not over-warm. The front opening is wider and more suitable for shorter jackets which helped them come back in. They are slimming for the fuller figure and the single button... read more

Ermenegildo Zegna Cloths

The Cloths created by Ermenegildo Zegna are exclusively produced using the finest raw materials carefully selected on their markets of origin: merino wool in Australia, mohair in South Africa, cashmere in Inner Mongolia and silk in China. Ermenegildo Zegna founded the company in 1910 in Trivero in the Biellese prealps.[1] Zegna quickly gained a reputation for producing fine quality wool for suits, and by the end of the 1930s, the wool mill employed 1,000 workers. In 1938 the Zegna Woollens Corporation was set up in New York although exports were not helped by the privations of war. When Ermenegildo Zegna’s sons Aldo (born 1920) and Angelo (born 1924) joined the company in 1942, it was renamed Ermenegildo Zegna and Sons. By 1955, the company employed 1,400 workers. Ermenegildo died in 1966 at the age of 74. Aldo and Angelo took over the business, and two years later they launched a line ofready-to-wear men’s suits produced in Zegna’s factory in Novara. Another factory was opened in in 1973 and Switzerland in 1977. As of 1999, the Zegna Group had eight manufacturing plants in Italy, two in Spain, three in Switzerland, one in Mexico and one in Turkey . While many Zegna suits are factory-produced, the majority of premium suits are still made-to-measure. The first boutique was opened in in 1980, followed by Milan in 1985.[1] In 2010 their numbers had grown to 560 boutiques, of which over 300 are controlled by the company.[1] Zegna’s flagship boutique locations are mostly found in the United States, Europe, Japan and China. Aldo died in 2000; Angelo remains the honorary president of the company.[1] This gives you enough fun and notice some basic advice which you enough fun and questions. 1. Before you... read more

The Lived In Look

A Publication of Morroni Fino Toccare Custom Clothing September 2015     “A man should look as if he had bought his clothes with intelligence, put them on with care, and then forgotten all about them.” – Hardy Amies                    Daniel R. Morroni ACHIEVING THE LIVED-IN LOOK While a crisp, clean look is appealing, there are times when you don’t want to look too pressed, too starched, too new. Especially in your custom casual clothing, you may want to create a more relaxed look than your dressier wardrobe pieces offer-without sacrificing on style or fit.   Your expertly crafted customwear will look-and feel-as comfortable and familiar as your long-beloved favorites.   Your color choices can also help create a more broken-in look. Choose muted earth tones instead of bright, crisp colors. Mossy greens, camel brown, and heathered colors are good options when crafting that subtle lived-in look. Low-contrast plaids and stripes look more relaxed than contrasting colors.   Denim is a perennial favorite for crafting the lived-in look. Its color intensity varies sharply with wear, yet denim offers long-lasting durability. Pairing a custom-made shirt in an earth tone with a well-fitting pair of denim jeans instantly gives you an appealing ensemble. Remember that you’re not limited to blue denim-dark gray or tan jeans can create a refreshing change of pace in casualwear. HOW TO STORE A TIE Your holiday or seasonal neckwear needs a safe place to rest until its moment to shine arrives. Instead of letting occasional-use ties collect dust or fade by languishing near your everyday ties, treat them... read more

Fashion Trends Fall and Winter- October 2015

A Publication of Morroni Fino Toccare Custom Clothing October 2015   “Every generation laughs at the old fashions, but follows religiously the new.”- Henry David Thoreau    FALL AND WINTER 2015: TRENDS TO WATCH The changing of the seasons brings several new trends worth watching. Whether you’re ready to update your wardrobe or simply enjoy noting new developments, here are four noteworthy concepts from designers’ Fall/Winter 2015 offerings: Go gray. This season, many designers’ lines are dominated by gray clothing, ranging from ensembles created with just a single gray tone to outfits that involve a range of gray hues and shadings. Heathers and stripes, sleek silks or comfortable cable-knits, are all dominated by gray. Add green. The second most sought-after color for this fall and winter are greens. Several designers focused on the heavier shades, including forest and military greens, which were often paired with neutral browns. Layer in style. Most cool-weather fashions involve some layering, but this season, designers have extended that concept beyond the traditional sweater by using multiple thin layers of clothing to create outfits that not only provide warmth but also style. Consider slipping a fine wool sweater under a thicker layer, for a look that’s comfortable in any weather and elegant. Give the trousers room. Designers’ major trend in the cut and fit of suits was a loosening of trousers. Trousers on the runway were far roomier than they have been during the last several years, and had higher waists. As your custom clothier, we can help you enhance your wardrobe with pieces that are both current and long-lasting. Call us to set an... read more

South Jersey Magazine Featuring Morroni Custom Clothing

Looking Sharp …From the pages of South Jersey Magazine… For guys with a discerning fashion sense, custom clothes make the man. It was many decades ago that doctors made house calls, tending to the ill in the comfort of their own home and beds. Those days are long gone, but there is a spiritual successor thriving today: men like Daniel Morroni, who forsake the stethoscope for a tailor’s tape to cure the sartorially sick of their ill-fitting wardrobes. We speak of the custom clothing maker. In the 25 years since he founded Morroni Custom Clothing, the Woolwich resident has burned a lot of high-quality shoe leather visiting big shots and A-listers. On a recent afternoon, Morroni—two large bags in tow, three-piece suit crisply accented from the yellow-orange tie on down—stops in to visit Robert “Bob” Barnhardt Jr., a successful local broker-associate for RE/MAX Connection and a long-time client. The two catch up; Morroni inquires about Barnhardt’s recent family trip to Disney, leading to the friends exchanging RV horror stories. Eventually the well-dressed pair (both in paisley ties) get down to “business.” Barnhardt flips through fabric books for dress shirts while Morroni reviews his detailed records that keep track of everything the Mantua-based real estate agent has ever bought through him. The dress may be formal but the atmosphere is decidedly relaxed. Article continues below advertisement “How Bob and I are right now is typical of most of my clients,” says Morroni. “It’s very relaxing. It’s enjoyable. I know [my client’s] families, I know the kids; I know where they went on vacation.” Comfort is the operative word for men... read more

Daniel Morroni in Rocky Balboa and Creed coming out 11-25-2015

Morroni in Rocky Balboa and Creed“I was in the Creed filming on January 29, 2015 in Philadelphia – Creed is my second Rocky film, I also appeared in Rocky Balboa. I submitted my photo and information to the casting agency just as I did for Rocky Balboa and I got a call back! Daniel appears on screen in the restaurant scene at Adrian’s when Rocky is telling stories to a table of customers in the foreground. He can be seen sitting at a table in the background towards the right in this scene. Once Rocky Balboa came out, Daniel “went to dinner at Victor café aka Adrian’s Restaurant for dinner and then went to see the movie with 12 friends. It was very cool seeing me in the film.” “For Creed, I attended Adonis Creed’s fight scene which was filmed at the Temple Performing Arts Center in Philly that was once a church. I was seated in the audience next to actress Tessa Thompson who is playing Adonis Creed’s girlfriend and in the scene we are cheering Adonis on during his fight. Sylvester Stallone was next to me during the entire 15 hour shoot; he spent a lot of time chatting and joking with us. As a director, Stallone was very hands-on and gave us instructions during the shooting. “Michael B. Jordan was in the ring for this shoot and he interacted with us also. As for his boxing skills – let’s just say whoever trained him did a great job. He looked like a real pro fighter. His footwork and techniques were outstanding. I boxed and I looked for those things. Slim-Fit Suits for Men

Looking for a way to update your wardrobe? How about trying a sleek slim-fit suit on for size? Slim-cut suits are cut narrower and are a more modern alternative to the classic business suit. If you’re considering going slim with your style, read the following points to learn more about how to make a slim-fit suit work for you. Slim-fit suits typically feature a tapered waist, slim and slightly tapered legs, and a narrower point-to-point shoulder measurement. This style is especially flattering on men with a slim build but can give anyone a modern, trimmed-down silhouette. Men’s slim-fit suit pants feature a lower rise than traditional suit pants and have a slightly shorter length. In addition, slim-fit suit pants will always have flat-front design, rather than the traditional pleated-front style, to keep an overall slim look underneath the jacket. Slim-fit dress suits almost always have a narrower lapel with a higher gorge (or notch). This pairs with a lower button stance to lengthen the look of the body, as slim-fit jackets typically have a shorter overall suit coat length. Smaller and softer shoulder pads also characterize the slim-fit, and most slim suits will have a single-breasted coat with two buttons rather than three, which is often the standard for traditional suits. A slimmer style isn’t all in the suit. What you wear with your slim-fit suit is just as important as the suit itself. A regular tie can appear too bulky or wide underneath a slim-fit suit, so try it with a skinny tie instead. If you’re going for the more modern look, pair your suit with a shirt... read more

Who The Real Winners at The Oscars Are

The Academy Awards celebrate the movies and all the professions that contribute to the industry’s glamour. Several men stood out as particularly well dressed. Brad Pitt wore a fantastic black tuxedo, while Matthew McConaughey layered an ivory dinner jacket over a black vest. Will Smith added a stylish necktie scarf and a rakish pocket square that were perfect for his unique sense of style and personality. Best Dressed

Dressing well is less a matter of “making a statement” than it is creating elegance through simplicity. A few key points will help you on your way to sartorial success. The detailing on your clothing matters, as it shows your careful attention to the essentials. Your custom attire allows you to choose details that work perfectly with your physique, your personality, your profession, and your sense of style. And because they’re tailored just for you, your clothes will always offer you an impeccable fit. Today’s clothing strategy seems to be to dress as casually as the occasion will allow, but that’s never a recipe for being well-dressed. Instead you should select an outfit that is slightly dressier than the occasion requires. Each interaction with peers is an opportunity to create a favorable impression. That’s easier to accomplish when you have the confidence that custom-tailored clothing naturally inspires. To avoid spending unnecessary time in your closet each morning, create wardrobe pieces you can mix and match easily. Colors that look good on you tend to look good with each other, so careful selection of wardrobe staples can save you time when dressing. With these principles in mind, your ensemble is sure to create a great impression in any crowd. Сюжеты игр легко понять по их жанры и популярным сериалам.
